Refund Policy

Refund timelines Once your return is received and inspected, we approve or decline the refund within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 working days.

Where the money goes Refunds are always credited to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 2-7 working days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process applies.

Partial refunds If only part of an order is returned, we refund the value of the returned items.

Failed payments If money is deducted but your order was not confirmed, the amount is auto-reversed by your bank, usually within 5-7 working days. Contact us if it does not appear.
