How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days and usually delivered in 3-7 working days anywhere in India.

Is shipping free? Yes, shipping is free across India on prepaid orders.

Which payment methods do you accept? UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay secure checkout.

Can I return an item? Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Is the jewellery real gold? Our pieces are artisan-made fashion jewellery with antique, oxidised and matte gold finishes. They are not solid gold, which is what keeps them affordable.

How do I care for my jewellery? Keep it away from water, perfume and moisture. Store each piece in its pouch and wipe with a soft dry cloth after use.

How do I care for my saree? Dry clean recommended for silks. For cotton and semi silks, gentle hand wash separately in cold water and dry in shade.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently deliver within India only.
